Including an in-home office, an upstairs bonus space, and ample outdoor living space, this home is as functional as it is stylish.

Building this custom home provided an opportunity to work with new people and materials – both of which we heartily enjoy. Firstly, our clients Diane and Ron Lund, introduced us to a designer we hadn’t yet worked with: Mathew Mawer Residential Design. Secondly, Diane Lund’s work in the design industry introduced us to Spinneybeck Leather Wall Panels and FilzFelt Wool Wall Covering. You can see the wool in the home’s entry and the leather in the master bedroom. Both add warmth to the space as well as quieting the home’s acoustics.
