We enjoyed working with Kevin Lorda, Timberline Construction’s project manager.  He was always available and responsive to our needs.  He did a good job explaining the ramifications of the decisions and changes that we made.   During the building process, Timberline’s responses were timely and accurate.  We consider the system of tracking expenses and cost accounting to be very important and Timberline’s is good.  We understand the difficulty on our project, sharing the space with our landscaper’s crew.  Overall everyone did well to make things happen, when consideration is given for the changes we made.
