Thomas Residence

We began constructing this home as a speculative home though it was purchased by Bob and Laura Thomas mid-way through the project and was featured in COBA’s 2007 Tour of Homes. The Thomas residence is a 3524 square foot home with an additional 720 square foot carriage house above the detached garage. This home is built on a foundation Arts and Crafts styling with a Modern influence. The combination of these styles feature very clean and aesthetic designs and finishes.
