This Eclectic style home is a custom design/build project that was designed by Tod Wooldridge and incorporates unique finishes that are environmentally unobtrusive both physically and visually. This is a 1950 square foot primary residence with an additional 480 square feet of living space above the detached two-car garage that was designed with energy efficiency and livability in mind and that works with the local surroundings. Unique and custom finishes and building practices abound to meet the tastes and desires of the owner as well as to minimize the home’s impact on the environment.
