Trelease Family Residence

Custom built by us in Bend, OR, this contemporary home was designed by Olin Architecture. The Homeowners love that every area and room has a distinct purpose. Each space is separated, but are all tied together – “integrating our interests and passions into our home by incorporating our home gym, workshop, and garage spaces has been great.”

The home design incorporates steel, concrete, wood, and has multiple outdoor living areas that contribute to a connect to the beautiful surroundings.

The construction process was made more enjoyable for the homeowners because they were able to “spend the time early on with our architect and builder [which] meant that we achieved our vision and goals and were able to regularly draw off their expertise and creativity throughout the process.”
