Barham Residence

The Barham Residence faces west with views towards the Cascades Mountains. The house is sited to take advantage of the western views and maximize outdoor living areas. The interior of the home is organized around a central living core that visually connects the living, dining, and cooking areas while creating tertiary, exterior living spaces. The master bedroom is located to the north side of the property creating an interior layer of privacy for the suite. Second floor bedrooms and bath are organized around a family room with westerly views.

Timberline Construction of Bend built this home as spec, and the Barhams purchased it prior to completion. They were generous enough to allow us to show it during the 2014 COBA Tour of Homes – for which it won The Green Builder Award.
