The Decision to purchase a piece of land and build a custom home can be overwhelming.  When my husband and I selected a builder, we decided on Timberline Construction because of personal referrals we had received.  Timberline had exceptional recommendations from people who had homes built by them.  We were on a deadline and other builders were not responsive in returning calls and meeting with us.  Timberline stood out from the beginning because of their professionalism and commitment to our project on a very tight schedule.

Timberline Construction is exceptional in all areas of planning, implementation, and construction.  Kristian Willman and Jim Fagan were consistent and present throughout the project preparation and daily construction at the job site.  Sub-contractors were held to a high standard of excellence and completion.  The job site was always clean, sub trade scheduling was always e-mailed two weeks in advance, and the skill of the craftsmanship was exceptional.  The expression “Love is in the Details” really characterizes Timberline Construction.  No detail was overlooked.  Their accountability fosters confidence between the client and the builder.  They made difficult tasks seem easier.

I can’t stress enough the attention paid to any challenges that came up during the building process.  In difficult situations, Timberline immediately attended to the problems and came up with fast and innovative solutions.  They were available and on the job site promptly; this was impressive as we were one of many projects for them last summer.

We love our new house!  Our favorite part of the house is the finish carpentry and the exceptional tile work that compliments it.  Throughout the project, Timberline cared as much about our home as we did.  They allowed us to truly customize our house to make it perfect for us. They guided us with informed decisions that are base on their years of experience in the business.  Kristian and Jim helped us with the building decisions at out planning meetings.  Their recommendations met our need for a large garage, bonus room, and dining room, so we didn’t have a wish list after the project ended.  Jim and Kristian listened to our needs and delivered.

For all of our future projects, we will ONLY use Timberline Construction.  Their standard of excellence makes this an easy choice.  We have and continue to recommend Timberline Construction.  They finished our house on time and right on a very tight schedule.  The system that Timberline uses works and is unlike any other in Bend (per the trades I spoke with).  They end product is exceptional and it was the best experience that I have had building a house.
