04 Aug Designing a New Bend Home For Sale – Tetherow Lot 116
We’re working with Olin Architecture in the design phase of a new home that will be for sale in Tetherow (just west of Bend, Oregon).
This contemporary home is oriented to sit naturally along the sloping topography of the site and take advantage of views over the golf course to the south and east. The wrap-around patio creates seamless indoor-outdoor living, emphasized by the exterior fireplace aligned under the deep overhang of the high roof above. The master suite is just off of the main level and nestles into the rising hillside behind the home, while 2 bedrooms and additional living space are located at the upper level. Ample natural light, large windows, and clean, warm finishes are implemented throughout.
