As construction progresses and we race toward the finish line, all the elements of this classic custom home are coming together. We’ve got paint on the walls and trim, cabinets are in, appliances are arriving, and tile work is nearing completion. From here on out, progress will seem like it’s in hyper-drive (that’s just the way it goes in home construction).
Designed by Christian Gladu Design, this home has lots of traditional elements – wainscoting, paneled doors, and wide trimmed windows and doors. Contemporary components like the concrete countertops and stainless steel appliances enhance livability and give the home its elegant style.
As a truly 21st Century home, this house also has elements that make it a healthier place to live. Many of these elements will help us attain the Earth Advantage certification. We’re building in features that increase air quality. We’re making product selections and using building techniques that help conserve energy and water.
