01 Aug Design Spotlight: a Custom Home for the Cox Family

When Chris and Marianne Cox decided to build a custom home in Tetherow, just outside of Bend, Oregon, they knew that wanted something very contemporary. They were acquainted with Timberline Construction of Bend’s work as well as the designs of Tebbs Design Group and assembled the team to turn their ideas for a family home into a reality.

The design process can be lengthy, involving revisions based on aesthetic, budget, neighborhood/development design review committees, and site features. A team made of two separate design and construction companies provided the Cox’s with a system of checks and balances throughout the revision process – always keeping the best interest of the Cox family front and foremost. The result is a stunning design that we’re excited to currently have under construction.
