This morning we enjoyed a ground breaking ceremony hosted by our clients. The beautiful fall morning accentuated this gathering which included the real estate agent, mortgage broker, banker, architect, interior designer, builder, and even the excavator. The Maunders shared their intent for the home and after a few words were offered, James Fagan dug the first, ceremonial shovel of soil.
This’ modern home in Shevlin commons is designed with the belief is that the house will “shape” them as they live and grow in it over the next 20-30 years. They want to create an indoor and outdoor living environment that will not only support them in unique ways, but will also be life enhancing, healthy, and connected both to nature and to community.
