Building a home for the 21st century is an exciting process. Current construction technologies and designs allow us to build comfortable homes that make day to day living not only more enjoyable, but more efficient too. This custom, NW Contemporary home that we are currently building in Tetherow is a perfect example.
Working with Tebbs Design Group, we’re building this house to be elegantly efficient – in its structure, its features, and its layout. We’re constructing an energy efficient building to meet Earth Advantage standards and have included components like custom Jeld Wen Windows and two, high-efficiency, in series hot water heaters. We’re also installing features that meet a modern family’s technological needs like a plug & play smart panel and wiring for built in sound systems.
From the front door to the back closet, this home’s floor plan has stunning spaces that flow gracefully from one room to the next. The large great room, kitchen, and dining areas are open and filled with light. The exposed structural beams accent this living space’s high ceilings. We’ve added two flex spaces to this 3 bedroom, 3 bath home that can be used as an office, a guest room, a quiet study or a raucous play room.
