The Colucci Residence is located in the First on the Hill neighborhood and was a design collaboration between the homeowners and Gary Gunville.  This in-fill project was done in a quiet and secluded neighborhood and required courteous and careful behavior by all parties involved.  The home has modern, clean lines and innovative and efficient construction systems.
