Construction Progress, Selections, and Documentation

We use Builder Trend to keep our clients connected to the construction process. By logging in to the app, you can see process photos of the construction site, read progress updates from the project manager, and see what work is scheduled.

This tool is also used to let you know when key decisions need to be made and even send reminders if time is running out.Which appliances do you want? How will your kitchen cabinets be positioned? Where do you want special lighting? What color tile do you want?

Whether you live next door or on the other side of the country, you can stay connected to the process at anytime of day.

Each of our clients has a private login, showing information specific to only your custom home. You can quickly view the construction schedule, review architectural plans and other construction documents, and keep track of selections that have been finalized. We regularly upload photos and write project updates, making it easy for you to follow the process.

Designers, subcontractors, and suppliers have access to specific sections of Builder Trend for each project. Like you, they can log an in see the most important information, regardless of where they are or what time it is.

A Supplement to Our Communications

We are finding that our clients enjoy using Builder Trend and it is a great way for everyone involved with your project to stay up to date. But of course, this is not the only way we communicate with our clients, subcontractors, and designers. It is a supplement to team meetings, site visits, phone calls, and emails. It’s just one more way to help organize the process.
